A Super Sized TIBAR (Things I Bought and Returned)

It's been many months and many returns have been made

Welcome to the first TIBAR since last September. I took a very-pregnant and then very-freshly-postpartum break from shopping, so I didn’t have much to report in terms of returns for many months. However, I’m happy(?) to report that the first few months of 2025 have gotten me fully back on track in terms of buying things in hopes I can return them and get my money back.

If you’re new around here, I live for a return. I relish in the sensation of requesting the return, receiving the return label, printing out said label, attaching it to the bag, and ultimately dropping it at either UPS or FedEx to send back from whence it came. It’s free money!!! But for real. I find the process of returning easy and chill and often joke that if my income streams fell apart tomorrow, I would start a concierge return business for fun.

I like to share what doesn’t work for two reasons: (1) to keep it realistic and relatable around here and (2) to hopefully steer you away from making the same mistakes I have.

So, here’s a list of everything I can remember returning over the last several months.
